We stayed here for one night, but I gotta say, the staff was helpful! The front desk lady really went out of her way to answer all our questions. And the breakfast, not bad at all, they had a good spread, just not enough meat choices. You can tell they rotate the options to keep it interesting.

I loved staying here because the amazing nearby Wood Lake Nature Center is perfect for a leisurely stroll while the Crayola Experience is just about 2 km away for a fun-filled day, adding so much value to our family weekend getaway.

I enjoyed the convenient location near the Mall of America. The shuttle service to the airport is a big plus. Room felt spacious, and the bed was really comfortable. The breakfast had solid options, but the bagels were stale, which was disappointing. The bathroom needed some TLC, though. it looked dated and had cracked tiles. Maintenance issues popped up, like the broken door handle. Staff were friendly, especially during check-in. I wished for cleaner floors since mine got dirty quickly, but I appreciated the size of the fridge in my room. Overall, a decent stay, but some updates needed.

The state of the rooms needs serious attention. From the uncomfortable, worn-out mattress to the heavy odors of smoke and cannabis lingering in the halls, it created an unwelcoming atmosphere. Add to that the key cards that frequently malfunctioned, requiring unnecessary trips back to the front desk. Having to park in a lot riddled with potholes isn't ideal either. Overall, the experience just felt neglected.

at the quality inn, i enjoyed my stay in the double room with two double beds. the room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for a family. the breakfast area was sunny and provided standard choices, including healthy options like yogurt and fresh fruit. the location is also great, close to the mall of america and the airport.

the floors could have been cleaner and the freezer in the refrigerator had too much frost, which was inconvenient.
